During this year’s edition of the Dynamics Business Forum, we focused on the practical use of Microsoft technology in day-to-day business management. The event agenda was designed to respond to the current needs of companies – both those that are just beginning their digital transformation journey and those that are looking for new growth opportunities. Conference participants learned about key technological trends such as cloud computing, digital offices, and the role of artificial intelligence in the automation of business processes.
We paid special attention to productivity tools that enhance the organization’s efficiency – from Microsoft 365, through Power Platform to Microsoft Copilot, which supports intelligent interaction/collaboration with commonly used applications.
The ERP system at the center of the Microsoft ecosystem
The keynote of the conference was the ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which we presented in action, showing the entire business process using integrated Microsoft solutions. Participants could see how technology supports sales, finance, logistics and customer service management.
We also covered topics related to cybersecurity and newly introduced legal requirements, such as ESG reporting. For companies offering continuous and recurring services, we also showcased billing automation solutions. At the end, we presented one of the biggest competitive advantages of this ERP system – Microsoft Fabric, a platform for analyzing data from numerous sources, which provides additional analytical capabilities in the scope of data management, business analytics and advanced reporting.
