On May 9, 2023, the BC Partners Day 2023 conference took place at Microsoft’s headquarters in Warsaw, targeting IT.integro and Microsoft partners. This unique event gathered more than fifty partners interested in the latest technologies, applications and solutions for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
A rich agenda of the largest meeting of Business Central partners in Poland
The conference began with a welcome presentation by Piotr Śledź, President of the IT.integro Management Board and Marek Śledziewski from Microsoft, who created a perfect background for inspiring lectures and discussion panels.
One of the first topics discussed during the meeting was Power Automate as a comprehensive tool for integration and automation of processes. During his presentation, Michał Wypych from Microsoft presented how to use Power Automate in practice to significantly improve business operations and increase the efficiency of working in Business Central.
The next prestation, by Wojciech Kwiczor from IT.integro, focused on Business Central localization solutions for Poland. The topics included functionalities that support local reporting requirements and tax aspects related to the Polish market. In addition, participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the advanced solution designed by IT.integro for integration with the National e-Invoicing System and an innovative application for handling cash desk operations, Cash Desk Management.
The BC Partners Day 2023 conference was also the floor to showcase Electronic Banking. Participants had the opportunity to learn from Krzysztof Sypniewski, IT.integro, how modern solutions for electronic banking can be seamlessly integrated into Business Central, and eliminate errors and accelerate data exchange processes at the same time.
Some of the BC Partners Day 2023 sessions, included practical demonstrations of products such as Bonuses & Accruals, an application for calculation of retrospective discounts and other types of sales and purchase bonuses. Jakub Wołoszyn from IT.integro presented the functional extensions the application adds to Business Central, and how companies can use these extensions to optimize commercial processes and build relationships with thier customers.
The panel discussion, moderated by Magdalena Stypczyńska, provided a platform for partners to share valuable insights and experiences concerning the future of the Business Central system in Poland. The panel conversation was an opportunity to explore the current market situation and discuss the prospects for the development of the ERP system in Poland.
In his presentation, Paweł Bartos from IT.integro presented the Advanced Product Configurator application, which supports the optimization of production processes. With the advanced functionality, Business Central users can easily and efficiently create item cards, generate production BOMs and manage item attributes. speeding up production and improving quality. This way Advanced Product Configurator improves productivity and quality in manufacturing and trading companies.
Discussions on the future of the Business Central system were also an essential part of the conference agenda. Focusing on the Copilot tool in Dynamics 365 and Viva Sales, Michał Skowroński from Microsoft explained how artificial intelligence can support sales and customer service processes. This innovative technology and AI-powered solutions bring new opportunities for partners and customers to automate and streamline sales processes.
During BC Partners Day 2023, Magdalena Stypczyńska also explained the terms for purchasing IT.integro applications as part of the Bridge to the Cloud 2 promotion.
A key highlight of the BC Partners agenda was the presentation by Daria Widerowska, who presented the Market Visibility Toolbox. This comprehensive set of tools and marketing materials is specifically designed for partners, offering innovative solutions to support the promotion and sales of IT.integro applications. The Toolbox empowers partners to increase their market visibility and achieve success by effectively showcasing and offering IT.integro’s applications to their customers.
