BC Partner Day has become a valued tradition -our annual gathering dedicated to strengthening collaboration with IT.integro and Microsoft partners in Poland. This year’s edition took place on May 23 at Microsoft’s headquarters in Warsaw, where we had the pleasure of meeting in person to exchange insights, discuss the future of the industry and the Business Central platform, and explore new opportunities in application development and partner support. What was on the agenda?
A platform for fostering partnership
The event’s core mission remains unchanged: to create a space where Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partners from across Poland can connect, share experiences, and discuss the evolving needs of the local partner ecosystem. This year’s agenda reflected that vision, with key topics including updates on IT.integro’s tools, Microsoft’s current partner support offerings, and – always a point of interest – the latest developments regarding the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).
We also presented key updates to our cooperation model with IT.integro, aimed at improving communication and alignment with our partner network.
What’s new in our Dynamics 365 Business Central application portfolio?
A strategic focus of ours is the continuous development of solutions available via Microsoft AppSource – a fast-growing marketplace for Business Central extensions and services. We now offer more than 30 proprietary applications and are committed to ensuring they provide real, lasting value to both Polish and international customers – no matter how business needs evolve. At BC Partner Day 2025, attendees had the opportunity to explore some of the latest developments in our portfolio, including:
- Bonuses & Accruals – a refreshed approach to functionality and licensing for advanced bonus, discount, and accrual calculations.
- HR & Payroll Manager – comprehensive support for managing HR and payroll processes.
- Electronic Banking – expansion of our extension suite for integration with banks, now available for different banks in 19 countries.
- Global Integration Apps – enhanced solutions for corporate groups, including Master Data Management System, Advanced Intercompany, and Intercompany Insights.
Polish Localization and KSeF integration
The implementation of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), with deadlines revised multiple times, remains a recurring and high-priority topic. Naturally, the current status of KSeF integration with the Polish localization layer of Dynamics 365 Business Central was an important part of our program. We shared an updated timeline based on the latest guidance from the Ministry of Finance, as well as our roadmap for adapting the Polish Localization accordingly.
Data Migration Tool – Streamlining the upgrade process
As implementation partners, we fully recognize the critical, and often complex role that data migration plays in upgrade projects from Dynamics NAV to Business Central. That’s why we’ve developed our own solution: Int Data Migration Tool, designed to support fast, efficient system migration from NAV and BC14 to the latest version of Business Central.
During the event, we introduced the tool’s key capabilities, which include support for data mapping, execution, and real-time monitoring of the migration process. Using real-life examples from our own upgrade projects, we demonstrated how the tool simplifies and automates crucial stages of data migration. We also discussed how the solution is delivered to partners and the support we provide throughout its implementation.
Guest sessions and a unique management meeting
As in previous editions, this year’s agenda was enriched by guest presentations. Microsoft representatives shared their current partner support strategies, while our Partner – EIP Dynamics – presented their proprietary B2B Portal, a solution designed specifically for distribution and trading companies. Representatives from EIP Dynamics led a session exploring how to build strong, value-driven relationships between Microsoft Distributors and Partners.
To close this inspiring day, we hosted a discussion with C-level executives and senior managers from partner companies. Much like at BC Partner Day 2024, this session sparked a lively discussion on the challenges facing the industry. We also took a closer look at the positioning of Business Central in the Polish market and explored joint initiatives that could help further strengthen its value proposition, especially from the perspective of larger enterprises.
