HR & Payroll Manager is an HR and payroll application that is an extension of functionality for ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, in the area of personnel management and payroll accounting.

 

The application enables users to create a comprehensive HR database, generate numerous documents, keep records of working time and absences, calculate salaries and benefits as well as post payroll in accordance with defined criteria.

 

  • It is compliant with the current provisions of Polish financial law and the labour code
  • It is open for integration with various ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • It has been designed for medium-sized and big companies from all industries
  • As it provides comprehensive employment service functionality, based on temporary agreements, together with the Employers-Employees invoicing module, it can also be successfully implemented in temporary employment agencies
  • It is implemented by certified HR & Payroll Manager partners only
  • It is fully integrated with the Płatnik software
  • It provides extensive reporting capabilities
