We received the award on April 27, 2026, during this year’s edition of conneXion, the international LS Retail conference held at the RheinMain CongressCenter in Wiesbaden. This recognition is a great honor for us – all the more so because it joins a series of distinctions we have received over the years, and we treat each one as a confirmation of the value of our long-standing partnership with LS Retail and of the IT.integro team’s commitment to delivering solutions for the retail industry.
conneXion 2026 – three days about the future of retail
This year’s conneXion (April 27–29, 2026) brought together the global LS Retail community in Wiesbaden: implementation partners, customers, Microsoft experts and providers of complementary technologies. The event opened with Partner Day, reserved exclusively for LS Retail partners, followed by two days of expert sessions, live product demonstrations, customer case studies and an extensive expo area.
The conference agenda focused on the topics that are currently shaping retail and hospitality the most, which is digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cloud solutions, omnichannel management and customer experience. Significant attention was devoted to the latest developments in LS Central – in its versions for retail, restaurants, hotels, pharmacies and forecourts – as well as to complementary solutions such as LS Pay, ScanPayGo, self-checkout systems and analytics modules. Migration paths from on-premises deployments to SaaS were also high on the agenda.
This year’s program also strongly emphasized the role of AI in the day-to-day operations of stores and restaurants – not as a curiosity, but as a practical tool for demand forecasting, staff scheduling and offer personalization. From our perspective as a Microsoft partner, this is a natural complement to what is happening around Copilot in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Seen from this angle, LS Central becomes more than a POS – it turns into a meeting point where sales data connects with AI models.
LS Retail Platinum Partner – another recognition for IT.integro
The LS Retail Platinum Partner title is awarded to partners who, over the past year, have achieved outstanding sales and implementation results and have demonstrated commitment to developing their expertise around LS Retail solutions. In 2026, Platinum status was granted to 22 companies from a global network of more than 300 certified LS Retail partners operating in 157 countries. We are proud that IT.integro is once again part of this group.

This is also a moment for us to reflect on the path we have travelled together. We have been consistently developing our cooperation with LS Retail for over twenty years. Successive distinctions during this time – including the LS Retail 2023 Platinum Partner title and, earlier, the LS Retail Diamond Partner recognition – show that consistency in skills development and a focus on implementation quality pay off. We value each of these awards just as highly as the first.
