At Directions EMEA 2025 in Poznań, everyone was talking about AI Agents – from the keynotes to hallway conversations. Artificial Intelligence across the Microsoft ecosystem completely dominated the conference agenda. For IT.integro, however, it was more than just another event about the future of business technology in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 world. Directions EMEA 2025 was an opportunity to meet partners in our home city, where the IT.integro story has been unfolding since 1991.
What did we talk about in our session? What surprise did we prepare for partners? And what caught our attention the most at this year’s Directions EMEA?
IT.integro as a Silver Sponsor at Directions EMEA 2025 in Poznań

Over more than three decades, we have grown from a Poznań-based company into an experienced and well-recognized Microsoft partner and ISV, working with customers and partners all over the world. This is possible thanks to the relationships and trust we build with Microsoft and with partners, and thanks to our team who develop solutions for Dynamics 365 Business Central users every day.
The fact that Poznań hosted the Directions community this year is an important milestone in that story – and at the same time a strong boost for further action and collaboration in the years to come.
As a Silver Sponsor of this year’s edition, we came to Directions EMEA 2025 with a clear mission: to share our experience, listen to partner needs, and show how our Electronic Banking apps can simplify banking processes for Business Central customers. We led an ISV session, took part in presentations, hosted partners at the IT.integro cocktail party, and held hundreds of conversations about our apps at the sponsor booth.
We also know that relationships are built not only through innovative solutions. We shared something that’s “the tastiest” from our side – serving more than 3,000 pierogi to our partners.
Electronic Banking powered by AI – discover the new edition of our popular electronic banking app

During the session dedicated to the Electronic Banking apps, we showed how our solution delivers a streamlined process for handling payments and bank statement reconciliation that works in exactly the same way across many banks and countries, while still respecting local requirements.

Based on 20 years of experience, the solution helps partners and customers standardize banking operations across an entire group of companies, regardless of country – reducing the need for costly customizations and minimizing the risk of errors. We demonstrated, among other things, an improved process that uses AI to accelerate transaction reconciliation, as well as the application architecture that enables direct data exchange between Business Central and banks – we do not process customer data on our side, with a strong focus on privacy and security.
Participants saw the entire process live – from triggering payments all the way to final transaction reconciliation – and left with a ready-made scenario they can use in conversations with their customers. We also touched on licensing topics and the increasing availability of individual Electronic Banking Extensions.
We were joined on stage by our long-standing partner Intersys, a company that has been closely cooperating with IT.integro for years on Electronic Banking implementations and other applications from our portfolio. Dawid Kędra, Senior Dynamics NAV/BC Consultant & Team Manager at Intersys, shared insights from our joint projects, customer stories, and concrete examples of measurable business benefits that companies achieve by using our solutions.
If you couldn’t attend, you can still catch up. A recording of our session is available online:

The session was led by: Krzysztof Sypniewski, Products Development Manager, and Magdalena Stypczyńska, Senior Sales Specialist.
30% off Polish Localization
In response to Microsoft’s announced price increase for Dynamics 365 Business Central licenses, we prepared a special promotion for the Polish Localization app. From 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026, Business Central online customers can benefit from a 30% discount on the localization, which also covers the Polish Language (Poland) app for full users on the Essentials and Premium plans.
The promotional price is valid for 12 months under an annual-commitment subscription and is available both to new customers and to companies renewing their Business Central online subscription, helping to reduce the total cost of ownership of the system despite the license price increase.
We actively promoted this offer during the Directions EMEA 2025 partner conference in Poznań, highlighting its importance for Polish customers and partners in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. During a dedicated session for Polish partners, we also presented the full IT.integro app portfolio available on Microsoft AppSource, showing how these solutions can extend standard Business Central capabilities and support implementation projects delivered in Poland.
Great partnerships start over pierogi

Under this slogan, we invited Directions EMEA 2025 attendees to our pierogi booth to enjoy some of the best treats of Polish cuisine. We handed out more than 3,000 pierogi while sharing stories about Polish culture, the history of IT.integro, the legend of the Poznań billy goats on the Town Hall, and why the Rogal Świętomarciński pastry is baked in the shape of a horseshoe.
We’re truly happy that we could host our partners and that the “Poznań vibe” was met with such enthusiastic reactions.
AI Agents, Business Central development, deeper Shopify integration and other news from Directions

Directions EMEA is both a celebration of the partner community and of Business Central itself – a product that has just caught an extra wind in its sails. A new Dynamics 365 Business Central icon, additional functional modules, deeper integrations, expanded global availability, and – above all – new AI Agents.
Business Central has passed 50,000 customers

Every year at Directions EMEA we see new announcements about how our ERP system is growing its market share – thanks to continuous product development, expanding capabilities and the work of Microsoft partners across the globe who connect the platform with real-world business needs.
Business Central now available in 242 countries and regions
Dynamics 365 Business Central has become a truly global system. Availability in 242 countries and regions removes geographical barriers for Microsoft customers as they grow their businesses.
AI Agents in Business Central: “The AI-First Business Application”
The era of AI Agents has arrived. Alongside Sales Order Agent, the upcoming release of Dynamics 365 Business Central will also introduce Payables Agent.

Sales Order Agent is designed to support the sales order processing flow, including:
- retrieving data from emails and files,
- interpreting sales order data,
- creating and updating documents in Business Central,
- handling exceptions (e.g. item shortages, discrepancies).
Payables Agent will support the accounts payable process, including:
- reading purchase invoices (OCR + AI),
- classifying lines (items, services, G/L accounts, fixed assets),
- preparing documents for posting,
- planned matching to purchase orders.
Additional AI Agents have also been announced. One of the most discussed was Accounting Agent, which is intended to automate repetitive finance tasks such as period close activities and tax settlements.
Agents for developers and consultants
The part that ERP consultants and developers are most excited about is how much easier and more efficient their work will become. Building extensions for Business Central in a world of AI Agents is now significantly faster.
Developers will focus primarily on solution architecture, business requirements for the process, functional design, quality and security. Coding Agent, in turn, will handle tasks such as generating AL code, running tests or even preparing documentation.
New Copilot capabilities in Business Central
Microsoft is concentrating on bringing new Copilot scenarios into those areas where users face the highest volume of repetitive work. And while Copilot is an excellent “text assistant”, its capabilities have been significantly expanded – especially in finance and operations.

The most important new Copilot features in Dynamics 365 Business Central include:
- bank reconciliation suggestions,
- Analysis Assist,
- document auto-completion and summarization,
- explaining errors and suggesting how to fix them,
- reporting in the area of sustainability.
New capabilities for manufacturing, sales and the supply chain
- Quality Management – a long-awaited module for quality management,
- improvements for multi-channel sales,
- deeper integration with Shopify,
- easier handling of subcontractors in manufacturing,
- functional enhancements across logistics and sales.
New capabilities for finance, reporting and regulatory compliance
- extended multi-country tax compliance features,
- support for e-documents and e-invoicing standards,
- automation of tax processes, including VAT,
- improved reporting, including Word layouts, Power BI and audit reports.
Business Central at the center of the ecosystem thanks to integrations and MCP Server
MCP Server was one of the hottest topics at Directions EMEA 2025, especially for the more technically-minded attendees. MCP Server is a communication server that enables standardized communication between Business Central and agents, bots or other external services.
In the era of AI, this is crucial – MCP Server is exactly what makes it easier to plug AI Agents into Business Central processes.
