  4. The personal data of Service users is processed by the Administrator in compliance with applicable laws. The legal basis for processing user data is, as appropriate, the user’s consent or a relevant provision of generally applicable law. User consent is granted by selecting the appropriate checkbox on the Service’s website. The Administrator collects information about data owners through other systems in the following ways:

  5. The personal data of the users of the Service and other data owners are processed by the Administrator in accordance with the law, based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

  4. Users’ personal data may be disclosed to entities authorized to receive such data under applicable laws, including relevant law enforcement and judicial authorities. Additionally, personal data may be shared – within the necessary scope and for the required period – with third parties designated by the Administrator. These include entities performing activities on behalf of the Administrator related to user services and the fulfillment of data processing purposes.
  5. Based on a user’s personal data, the Administrator may make decisions resulting from automated processing, including profiling, if such processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of an agreement between the user and IT.integro. Profiling involves processing personal data to assess certain characteristics of the user, particularly to analyze or predict aspects related to personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, or location. Any automated decision-making, as described above, is preceded by an assessment of the necessity of such actions (including the scope of the decision), the necessity of using the results of automated processing (including profiling), and the extent to which these results will be applied. This assessment is conducted with due consideration for the user’s interests and privacy, ensuring that profiling serves to align user preferences with the needs of an agreement with IT.integro.
  6. Through the Service, the Administrator may also store information regarding connection parameters (such as timestamps and IP addresses).

  1. The Service uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, specifically text files, stored on the user’s end device and used to facilitate the use of the Service. Cookies typically contain the name of the website they originate from, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique identifier.
